must be, as
far as possible, revisable and adaptable to the needs of the
customer, thereby enabling reuse of the main structure. An automation
system must often be managed by one or two operators, and it
must therefore be safe and not represent a risk for the workers.
It must be “clean” and not pollute the environment, even after scrapping. It is often necessary for an automatic machine to exchange data, information and signals with the rest of the system, and it must therefore be fully interfaced and integrated with the production plant.
To date, we have implemented automation systems for a wide range of applications in all types of sectors: automatic production lines for the manufacture of sheet metal doors, automatic machines for the assembly of spraying devices and liquid soap dispensers, semi-automatic machines for the cutting of metal sections, injection moulding feeding centres which insert parts in the moulds (metal parts, magnets, probes, etc), extraction of the finished product from the mould and testing. We have created robot systems for the handling of glass products, operating in critical environments, production lines for saxophones pads and many other items.
Every automation system is certified and CE marked. They are supplied with operation and maintenance manuals, declarations of conformity and spare parts lists. If necessary, training of personnel who will use the systems is also provided.
